Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service as the expert on home furnishings. Guide guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, and help design rooms customers will love. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, maintaining a cordial front-desk presence, contributing to inventory and loss prevention, supporting opening/closing procedures, meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs, and performing additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
