Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers as the store’s home furnishings expert. Deliver world-class service, guide guests through Ashley’s product lines, help customers discover styles for their rooms, handle sales transactions, assist with credit applications and financing, participate in store opening/closing duties, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals in a high-energy environment. Requires friendly, outgoing interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
