Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture transforms store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings choices, creating inspiration and enthusiasm, and helping customers discover styles that reflect their lives. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing concerns independently, supporting opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, aiding inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals while operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; strong communication, outgoing personality, and a focus on exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
