Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers as the expert on home furnishings; guide guests to discover styles, inspire and excite them about Ashley's products, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, handling cash and financing matters with accurate documentation, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory control and loss prevention, meeting and exceeding sales goals aligned to KPI standards, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, PTO, employee discount, and incentive opportunities. The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $17.13, with ongoing eligibility for incentives and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
