Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by serving as the expert on home furnishings, guiding guests to discover styles they love, processing sales with accuracy, handling financing conversations, and maintaining a high-energy, world-class service environment. The role involves front-desk presence, cash handling, assisting with inventory and loss prevention, supporting opening/closing tasks, meeting/exceeding sales KPI targets, and contributing to a welcoming store experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
