Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you transform store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service and guiding them through home furnishings to inspire rooms customers will love. You’ll engage guests at the front desk, process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, handle cash with protocols, address customer concerns, and participate in opening/closing activities. You will support inventory and loss prevention, strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management. The role requires an outgoing, friendly communicator who can work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), lift up to 25 lbs, and enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy environment dedicated to exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
