Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture, you’ll transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through a curated selection of home furnishings, creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, and helping guests design rooms they’ll love. You’ll deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales orders with accurate cash handling, assist with financing and credit applications, address customer concerns, support store opening/closing activities, participate in inventory checks and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, reliability, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively will help you thrive in this role.
