Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through home furnishings selections, creating inspiration and excitement around products, and delivering world-class service. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with financing, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, cash handling, supporting inventory and loss-prevention procedures, aiding in opening/closing tasks, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and performing additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced lifestyle-retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
