Job Summary
Transform store guests into loyal customers as the expert on home furnishings; you guide guests, create inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, and help guests design rooms they will love. You deliver world-class service, process sales orders, assist with financing applications, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities, support inventory and loss prevention, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals while performing additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs
- Flexible hours including weekends and holidays
