Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture; guide guests in-store, deliver world-class service, drive sales, process transactions with cash-handling, assist with credit applications and financing, support opening/closing procedures, participate in inventory checks, and promote product knowledge to help guests design rooms they will love. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 18 years old, with 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; focus on exceptional service, KPI achievement, and maintaining a welcoming store presence. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation
