Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service, guiding guests to discover home furnishings that reflect their lives, and creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley’s products. Primary duties include delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, maintaining documentation of transactions, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals aligned to KPI standards. Requires being legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred); prior 1 year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
