Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture drives world-class service by guiding store guests through product discovery in home furnishings, helping customers design rooms they love, processing sales with cash handling and financing support, supporting inventory and loss-prevention efforts, and contributing to meeting/exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role emphasizes creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley’s products, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining brand standards at the front desk while collaborating with management on daily tasks and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
