Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives, and assisting with rooms they will love. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals, and completing additional tasks as assigned. Requires ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays) and high school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
