Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service as the expert on home furnishings; guide guests to discover styles that reflect their lives, assist with credit applications and financing, process sales orders, maintain a welcoming front desk presence, support inventory and loss prevention, meet and exceed sales KPIs, and participate in store opening/closing activities. Requires strong communication, outgoing personality, ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays), and high school diploma or equivalent. Training compensation starts at $17.13/hour with potential incentives based on performance; comprehensive Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.
