Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for guiding guests to discover styles, creating inspiration and excitement about products, processing sales and cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in opening/closing duties and inventory checks, supporting loss prevention, and meeting sales KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, 18+, with a customer-service/or sales mindset, strong communication, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
