Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture to transform store guests into loyal customers. You guide guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products. Responsibilities include providing world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders with cash handling protocols, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, helping with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals aligned to KPIs. Requires the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; 18+ and HS diploma preferred; 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred. Compensation includes training pay, regular hourly wage, and potential incentives and bonuses; benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and other programs. Job location is Spanaway, WA (US), on-site.
Required Qualifications
