Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by delivering world-class service. You guide guests as the expert on home furnishings, helping them discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they’ll love. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, handling cash and financing matters, assisting with opening/closing tasks, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and meeting or exceeding sales KPIs. The role requires an outgoing, energetic salesperson who can engage guests, convey information effectively, and maintain a professional store presence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
