Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement as you help guests discover styles for their rooms. Deliver world-class service, process sales orders with accurate cash handling, assist with credit applications and financing, address customer concerns, support opening/closing duties and inventory/loss prevention, and strive to meet/exceed sales goals and KPI standards. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and 18+; physical ability to lift 25 lbs; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
