Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement about products while transforming guests into loyal customers. You will provide outstanding service, process sales and financing applications, assist with cash handling, help with opening/closing procedures, support inventory and loss prevention, meet and exceed sales goals, and complete additional tasks as assigned. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, the ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and a high level of reliability.
Required Qualifications
