Transform store guests into loyal customers as the in-store Retail Sales Associate. Provide world-class service, guide guests to discover Ashley’s home furnishings, process sales, assist with credit applications and financing, maintain cash handling protocols, support inventory and loss prevention, meet/exceed sales goals, and participate in opening/closing activities.
