Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: guide store guests as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley's products while delivering world-class service. Responsibilities include processing sales orders with cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, participating in store opening/closing activities, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and aiming to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Requires legal work status in the US; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
