Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by guiding them through Ashley’s home furnishings selection, delivering world-class service, and contributing to a fast-paced, high-energy store environment. Responsibilities include processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with credit applications and financing, addressing customer concerns, assisting with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory management and loss prevention, meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Requirements include being legally authorized to work in the US, 18+ years old, ability to lift 25 lbs, and a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred). The role offers comprehensive benefits, incentive opportunities, and a starting hourly rate of $17.13 during training and beyond, with potential bonuses based on sales performance.
Required Qualifications
