Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture: transform store guests into loyal customers by acting as the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and enthusiasm for Ashley’s products, and helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, processing sales orders and cash handling, assisting with financing applications, addressing customer concerns, supporting opening/closing and cash reconciliation, assisting with inventory and loss prevention, and meeting/exceeding sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires ability to lift 25 lbs, flexible weekend/holiday availability, and legal work authorization in the US. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
