Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture responsible for transforming store guests into loyal customers by guiding them as the expert on home furnishings; deliver world-class service, maintain a welcoming front-desk presence, process sales transactions with cash handling, assist with financing and credit applications, address customer concerns, support opening/closing duties and inventory control, participate in loss prevention, and strive to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, be 18+, and able to lift 25 lbs; flexible availability including weekends/holidays; high school diploma preferred.
