Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests to find the right home furnishings, delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications and financing, maintaining documentation of transactions, addressing customer concerns, assisting with opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and aiming to meet/exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards. The role emphasizes creating inspiration and excitement about products, engaging with guests, and representing the brand with professionalism. Qualifications include being legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, ability to lift 25 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred); 1 year of customer service/sales experience is preferred. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.
