Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you transform store guests into loyal customers through expert guidance on home furnishings. You create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love. You deliver world-class service, process sales orders with accurate cash handling, assist guests with credit applications and financing, and document transactions. You address guest concerns independently, participate in store opening/closing activities and cash reconciliation, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards.
