Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers by providing world-class service and showcasing Ashley’s home furnishings. Act as the expert on products, guide guests to discovery, engage with customers to deliver inspiration and excitement, process sales orders with cash handling protocols, assist with credit applications and financing as required, address customer concerns, participate in opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation and daily checklists, support inventory management and loss prevention, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI standards. The role calls for a motivated, outgoing sales professional with a passion for lifestyle retail in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requires legal work authorization in the US, 18+ years old, ability to lift 25 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
