Job Summary
Engage retail shoppers as a Brand-Ambassador to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions. Explain service options and comfort improvements while acting as a Lead-Generator to schedule in-home consultations and appointments with service technicians. Represent ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm during shifts that may include weekends and holidays. Earn $18-20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules available. Weekly pay is processed via direct deposit, and full-time staff receive insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits after 31 days.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
