Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions while introducing homeowners to professional consultations. Act as a brand ambassador and promotions specialist to explain service options and comfort improvements. Function as a lead generator and appointment setter to schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians. This role requires an outgoing personality, weekend availability, and the ability to stand and walk during shifts. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available with weekly pay, uncapped commission, and paid training.
