Job Summary
Provide excellent guest service in the pro shop and maintain a welcoming environment. Assist with merchandise management including shipping/receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory. Execute department opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization. Communicate effectively with guests and offer informed suggestions based on available merchandise. Demonstrate strong communication, people skills, and attention to detail while supporting the Arcis Golf team and contributing to a positive guest experience at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas.
