Job Summary
Engage every customer in Men's, Women's, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Maintain a premiere stock and visual level across all Soft Goods areas while ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and equipment is operational. Execute front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty program awards, discounts, and promotions. Provide expert product knowledge on features, benefits, and differences, and stay updated on upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events. Ensure the Soft Goods area remains clean, professional, and fully stocked at all times. Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance while providing consistent feedback to management on operational opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
