Job Summary
Engage every customer in Men's and Women's apparel, footwear, clearance, and fitting rooms to drive sales and enhance the experience. Maintain a working knowledge of front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty programs, and promotions. Ensure soft goods areas remain visually appealing and fully stocked while keeping equipment and supplies operational. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by explaining features and benefits to customers. Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities. Maintain a clean, professional environment and uphold ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Flexible availability required including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
