Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with their shopping needs, leveraging product knowledge to support their experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience
- Cashier experience
- Customer-focused experience preferred
