Job Summary
Assist customers in apparel fittings and product knowledge; maintain store presentation by following floor sets, signage, and replenishment standards; promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit card enrollment); uphold safety and loss-prevention policies; create an inclusive, welcoming environment; support team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
