Retail Sales Associate Apparel

Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs and support their experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of company information and foster an inclusive environment where all teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail sales or cashier experience is preferred, with physical requirements to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and work extended periods standing or walking.
