Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate focused on delivering an exceptional in-store experience: greet and proactively assist customers, understand needs, and support shopping with strong product knowledge and high presentation standards. Maintain merchandising and floor-set execution, promote programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales, adhere to safety/loss-prevention procedures, and participate in store operations (inventory presentation, price changes, replenishment). Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks; be a team player and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Starting pay aligned with location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
