Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs while supporting their experience. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail sales experience preferred.
