Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and support customers through product knowledge and merchandising standards. Maintain floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty participation and warranty/credit-card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; operate as part of a team to uphold inclusive, respectful store environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned and support teammates to deliver strong sales outcomes. Ability to stand, bend, reach, push/pull, and lift 15-35 lbs, with extended standing up to 4 hours and occasional work at heights.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
