Greet customers and proactively assist in selecting apparel and related products, applying in-depth product knowledge and strong merchandising standards to create a hassle-free shopping experience. Maintain floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation; promote company programs such as loyalty and warranty enrollments; follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; protect confidential information; foster an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store with a collaborative, customer-focused approach. Perform other tasks as assigned by management to help athletes achieve their goals through confident, knowledgeable service.
