Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with their shopping needs, providing in-depth product knowledge and maintaining store presentation through floor sets, signage, pricing, and replenishment. Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment) while adhering to safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment, support multiple tasks across the store, and help athletes achieve their goals through excellent customer service and merchandising execution.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
