Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards. Promote company programs including customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
