Job Summary
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, maintaining knowledge of merchandise, processing transactions accurately, and achieving performance standards. The role requires day, evening, and weekend availability. Successful candidates will have training completion in a timely manner and engage in ongoing learning to assist customers effectively.
