Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
