Greet customers proactively to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail sales or cashier experience is preferred.
