Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while upholding confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Support the team with a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
