Greet customers and proactively assist with needs to enhance the shopping experience; adhere to floor-set, signage, pricing, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards; promote programs such as loyalty, warranty, and private-label credit enrollment; follow safety, loss-prevention, and SOPs; foster an inclusive store environment; support team across the store; perform additional tasks as assigned by management; prior retail/cashier or customer-focused experience preferred; ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting of 15–35 lbs multiple times per hour.
