Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs, helping shoppers with product knowledge to support the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor-set and pricing changes, promote loyalty programs and enrollment in private label credit card programs, and adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies. Create an inclusive store environment, collaborate with teammates, and support the team across the store through a hands-on, customer-focused approach. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
