Retail Sales Associate (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Associate at Dick's Sporting Goods responsible for greeting customers, proactively understanding their needs, and guiding them through the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow price changes and inventory replenishment, promote company programs (loyalty participation, warranty sales, credit card enrollment), adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies, foster an inclusive store environment, and support team across the store. Requires ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs, and to work extended periods on the floor. Demonstrates customer focus, collaboration, and decisive action to ensure a positive athlete/customer experience and uphold store standards.
