Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor-set and signage requirements, and drive participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment). Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
