Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience. Maintain and present merchandise to brand standards, follow floor-set and signage requirements, and manage inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures while protecting confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
